Sex and Relationship Therapy in Orange County & Online Throughout California
Meet Nahreen

I have always noticed how much our bodies and relationships hold stories from our families, cultures, and experiences. Early on, I witnessed how silence around sexuality left so many people feeling confused and isolated. This sparked my lifelong curiosity about connection and emotional healing. My journey into research and teaching on sex, gender, and relationships deepened my commitment to helping people find clarity, acceptance, and freedom in these areas of their lives.
Today, as a therapist, I work with individuals and couples who want to move past shame, rebuild confidence, and embrace pleasure. I offer sessions in English, Farsi, and Spanish so you can express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable. Whether you are navigating trauma, identity questions, changing relationship dynamics, or simply seeking more authenticity, I am here to support you. I believe healing happens when we connect the threads between our histories and our present, and when we have the tools to feel safe, seen, and comfortable in our own skin.
How I Help
My approach blends modern sex therapy, somatic healing, and psychodynamic therapies. I aim to make therapy a space where you can talk honestly, gain new insights, and create real changes. I support clients with a range of topics, from painful sex and desire differences to cultural and religious sexual shame, premarital and polyamory support, and trauma recovery.
